Shipping Policy
Tai Sophia Press uses UPS as a shipping agent. Your items will be shipped with the UPS service you select upon checking out (Ground, Next-Day, etc.). If there is damage to your shipment, please keep the item and packaging and call UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS and inform them of the damage. Please send an email to bookstore@tai.edu and inform us of the problem and we will followup with UPS and send a replacement.
